NippleFlix respects intellectual property rights and expects all content distributed through our platform to be properly licensed. We maintain an active DMCA compliance process and respond promptly to valid infringement notices.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To report copyright infringement on NippleFlix, send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- The specific URL(s) on nippleflix.live where the allegedly infringing content appears
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will: acknowledge receipt within 24 hours, review the notice for completeness, remove or disable access to the identified content pending investigation, and notify the content provider if applicable. Valid notices are acted upon within 72 hours.
Counter-Notices
If content you provided was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to US federal district court jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
NippleFlix maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers consistent with the DMCA safe harbor provisions.
